Spacious condo offers a prime ocean front location with easy access to a quiet beach. This location is ideal for couples, families, and friends. But the real treasure is that this amazing view is just as accessible inside - from the couch to the kitchen sink, this condo delivers the waves of the Pacific from every angle. Our condo offers a quiet space due to thick concrete walls and private balconies that can't be seen from other units. Your balcony will feel secluded and private with a prime ocean view for those gorgeous Oregon sunsets. Master bedroom houses a queen sized bed with a private bathroom. You will find a walk-in shower and a large soaking tube. In the second bedroom you will find two double-sized beds with direct access to the hallway bathroom. Both showers are equipped with a detachable handheld shower-head. You also will find plenty of extra blankets, sheets, pillows, and comforters. We have new washer and dryer in the unit, so it makes it easy to toss in a load of laundry, if needed. A well stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, baking sheets, pots, pans, peeler, blender, crock pot, Keurig, and much more. We also have children's silverware, cups, plates, and bowls. We provide an assortment of board games, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, kites, beach towels, boogie board, and puzzles. Taking a break from the office? Join us at the beach! For remote work, we provide fast internet speeds of 300 mbps, usually sufficient to stream Netflix, YouTube videos, Zoom, and other platforms without issues. We are thrilled to welcome you to our beach condo. We have created this special place for our family of four and we hope you make wonderful memories while visiting Rockaway Beach! *due to close proximity to the beach and the salty air the elevator isn't always in service. Neighborhood
Very private located at the northern end of Rockaway Beach. Short 2min drive to the city center loaded with shops and restaurants or a nice 15 to 20min walk down scenic Pacific Ave. The beach access is a short 30 second walk, which you can also walk down to access the city center on an approx 20 to 30min walk.
Guest Access
There is one assigned parking space per unit under the covered area (marked 105), there is also overflow parking available for a second vehicle.

Parking is plenty with your own dedicated spot and an overflow lot right next to the building for a 15 second walk. Easy access to the beach and 10min walk into town on quiet side street or the beach. Also, easy 2min drive down HWY 101 to town and a lot of parking.
